Refurbishment Lyon Lounge

We designed our proposal for the two lounges of the Airport of Lyon (Mont-Blanc and Confluence), with the pillars of customer experience in mind. We want to be seen as the one-stop-solution to the main pains of customers at airports, improve their satisfaction and strengthen the brand image of Lyon airport.

We redesign the existing space of the Lounge, increasing the number of seats available and their appeal to customers.

We also offer new complementary services.
