We believe that the benefits of olfactory marketing are incredible due to its ability to communicate different emotions and feelings. Fragrances activate our memories so a clearly defined olfactory identity helps the customer remember a brand. Therefore we have developed a unique and personalized olfactory fragrance for the lounges, to create two different brand identities, according to our two main brands: HelloSky and primeclass.

Chocolate Factory degustation in Barcelona Lounges in Josep Tarradellas Barcelona – El Prat Airport.

In the lounges we operate in Barcelona we offered a chocolate sampling organized with the collaboration of Chocolate Factory, an Spanish company created in 1997 which offers different kind of products. Our passengers really enjoyed this event as they could be able to taste several types of chocolate and receive information about them. GIS uses to hold different events in the lounges to dynamize the day a day and to amuse and entertain the passengers.

Mexican day of death in our Premium Traveller Lounge in Mexico City international Airport.

Every year the staff of Premium Traveller Mexico Lounge decorates the space with a traditional Mexican Day of Death offering, with candles and flowers at the entrance. The staff wears costumes of “Catrinas y Catrines” with the aim to attract the attention of our passengers. They can even take pictures with a Polaroid camera and keep it as a souvenir.  This is part of our Glocal pillar, which has the objective to promote the local culture internationally.

We manage more than 9.000 m2 of the Barcelona Airport.

GIS is one of the largest commercial space concessionaires at Barcelona airport. The spaces are oriented to offer comfort, rest and innovative solutions for our passengers.

It has 4,000 m2 of VIP rooms, where the traveler has a wide range of services, a Business Center, with a business area; equipped with offices and meeting rooms, and the rest area, which includes 10 Premium Air Rooms, and a fitness center.

The accompaniment services, Meet & Assist and Fast Track, give priority for security and passport controls, streamlining and support in procedures, access to a private lounge and private car travel to the plane.
The VIP Parking is an exclusive service with closed and guarded parking, with driver service that collects and delivers the car in front of the terminals. Finally, the Wellness & Hair Salon, dedicated to health and wellness. In the wellness area, passengers have water areas, sauna, massages, beauty treatments and hairdressers.

GIS currently manages all the Airport Lounges.

We designed our proposal for the two lounges of the Airport of Lyon (Mont-Blanc and Confluence), with the pillars of customer experience in mind. We want to be seen as the one-stop-solution to the main pains of customers at airports, improve their satisfaction and strengthen the brand image of Lyon airport.

We redesign the existing space of the Lounge, increasing the number of seats available and their appeal to customers.

We also offer new complementary services.

GIS offers a tailor-made gastronomy considering all the trends and needs of our passengers, who are asking for fresher and healthier options, strong presence of regional products and seasonal cuisine. And all this carried out by a team of professionals with knowledge in haute cuisine and a specialized staff with intensive and continuous training. We have extensive experience working with gastronomic advisors and chefs such as Andreu Genestra (One star Michelin).

In addition, we commit to implement our Zero Waste policy in terms of our gastronomic offer.
