GIS manages the 22 innovative, exclusive Premium Air Rooms available at T4 of Madrid’s Barajas Airport. Each Premium Air Room is designed with passenger needs in mind. They are also located near the boarding-gate area for added convenience. They can be booked just to take a quick shower, for a few hours or for overnight stays.

This 700 m2 space also includes an Arrival Lounge featuring a buffet and a leisure area with sofas and television, and a computer area with Internet access.

Located in a discreet area of T4, the Premium Lounge is aimed at VIP customers. It has been under GIS management for four years, as have Fast Pass services. These services can be booked on the Premium Traveller website.

In the lounges we operate in Barcelona we offered a chocolate sampling organized with the collaboration of Chocolate Factory, an Spanish company created in 1997 which offers different kind of products. Our passengers really enjoyed this event as they could be able to taste several types of chocolate and receive information about them. GIS uses to hold different events in the lounges to dynamize the day a day and to amuse and entertain the passengers.
